How to register for Right to Repair
In conjunction with the Right to Repair legislation introduced by the European Union, your organization can become a third-party repairer of selected SMART displays by completing our registration form and providing the following information:
- Proof of valid liability insurance (€500,000 minimum)
- Proof of technical competence to repair electronic displays and compliance with the applicable regulations for repairers of electrical equipment in the Member States where your business operates.
- A valid business license
- A signed copy of SMART’s non-disclosure agreement
